Our projects are not conceived to produce a single artistic object, but to open trajectories.
They are mobile devices of research, relation and transformation that move across different contexts, communities, languages and temporalities, generating multiple forms: performances, participatory experiences, workshops, installations, publications, archives, encounters and actions in public space.
Each project takes shape as an ecosystem.
A field of possibilities in which choreographic creation enters into dialogue with territories, people and the urgencies of the present. Dance thus becomes a tool for reading the world, inhabiting its fragilities, creating occasions for listening and imagining new modes of relation.
Zerogrammi’s projects develop through processes that are often long and layered: residencies, urban crossings, community-based experiences, educational paths, interdisciplinary collaborations, and devices for collecting and transmitting memory.
The choreographic gesture is not conceived as a closed form, but as an open experience, capable of adapting to places, transforming through encounter and generating different activations.
From this perspective, the project does not coincide with the final outcome, but with the system of relations it is able to activate.
The process matters as much as the result. What matters is the ability to create temporary spaces of presence, proximity and transformation, where art and life may once again question one another.
Each project is therefore a living archive: a constellation of bodies, visions, questions, materials, encounters and future possibilities. A constantly evolving organism, capable of expanding over time, generating unexpected drifts and taking on different configurations according to the contexts it moves through.
