14_THE QUARANTINE FILES: THEATRE IN SELF ISOLATION
As part of Boarding Pass Plus Dance, curated by Lavanderia a Vapore / Fondazione Piemonte dal Vivo and the Centro per la Scena Contemporanea in Bassano del Grappa, in collaboration with Spazio Kor, nineteen artists from Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Italy take part in a livestream marathon, presenting nineteen solo performances lasting fourteen minutes each.
Fourteen — the number of isolation days required during the Covid emergency — becomes the starting point for investigating the need to reclaim empty spaces by nourishing them with a renewed living presence.
Participating in the project are our authors and dancers Amina Amici with the short-format creation Chiaroscuro, and Manuel Martin with the short-format creation El país más pequeño.
