Reserved for artists, companies and performing arts professionals using the space exclusively for research, creative development and rehearsals, with no commercial purpose and no activities open to the public.
The rate includes:
- Use of the dance studio
- Dance floor
- Professional sound system and amplification
- Dressing rooms and facilities
Opening hours and rates
- Half day (9:00 am–1:00 pm) — €40
- Half day (2:00 pm–6:00 pm) — €40
- Full day (9:00 am–6:00 pm) — €70
Reserved for activities with a commercial purpose, including classes, masterclasses, workshops, auditions, castings, training programmes and any other initiative for which the organiser receives financial compensation.

- Professional sound system and amplification
- Dressing rooms and facilities
Opening hours and rates
- Half day (9:00 am–1:00 pm) — €90
- Half day (2:00 pm–6:00 pm) — €90
- Full day (9:00 am–6:00 pm) — €160
Reserved for technical rehearsals, stage setup, open rehearsals, photo shoots, video productions and all activities requiring the use of the lighting system and the venue's technical equipment. This option is available exclusively as a full-day booking (9:00 am–6:00 pm) and does not include activities open to the public.

- Professional sound system
- Lighting system and the venue's technical equipment
For this type of booking, the presence of Casa LUFT's Technical Director is mandatory. The Technical Director is responsible solely for supervising the correct use of the equipment and the proper operation of the venue's technical systems. This supervision does not include setup, programming, lighting or sound operation, stage management, or hands-on technical assistance.

- Technical Director supervision (mandatory) — €150
Reserved for performances, public presentations, open rehearsals, talks, conferences, film screenings, public sharings, corporate or cultural events, and, more generally, any activity involving an audience.
The rate includes:
- Use of the dance studio
- Dance floor
- Professional sound system
- Lighting system
- Use of the venue's technical equipment
The presence of Casa LUFT's Technical Director is mandatory to supervise the use of the venue's technical systems. Any additional technical services—such as sound or lighting operation, stage setup, lighting programming, or hands-on technical assistance—are not included and will be quoted separately.
Rates
- Venue hire for public event — €1.000
- Technical Director supervision (mandatory) — €150
The following services are not included in the rates and remain the responsibility of the organiser:
- Audience reception and front-of-house staff
- Ticketing services
- Venue staff
- Any applicable copyright licensing fees
- Any permits, licences or authorisations required for the event
The booking times include any setup and strike time required.
Requests outside the standard booking hours may be accommodated, subject to venue availability.
Special rates and conditions can be arranged for recurring bookings, artistic residencies and medium- to long-term collaborations.
All bookings are subject to prior confirmation by the Casa LUFT team.

Casa LUFT is a space dedicated to research, creation and professional training in the performing arts. Our rental rates are structured according to the intended use of the space, with the aim of supporting artists' work while ensuring the long-term sustainability of the venue.
The Philosophy of Casa LUFT
Casa LUFT was created as a place for research, artistic creation and the sharing of performing arts practices. We believe that artistic research deserves time, support and dedicated spaces, and that artists should have access to affordable environments where they can experiment, develop ideas and shape new creative paths.
For this reason, the rates for rehearsals and artistic research are intentionally subsidised, reflecting the cultural mission of Zerogrammi and Casa LUFT.
Activities with commercial purposes, as well as uses requiring the venue's technical equipment and the supervision of the Technical Director, are subject to different rates, reflecting the greater use of facilities, equipment and professional services.
Special conditions can be arranged for artistic residencies, long-term collaborations, recurring bookings and shared cultural projects.
