CASA
LUFT
A VENUE
A space dedicated to creation in the field of live performance.
A place for training and research that approaches the body as an instrument of poetry, fostering opportunities for human, artistic, and cultural exchange.
In Turin, in the peripheral district of Borgata Lesna (District 3), CASA LUFT occupies a former industrial warehouse once used as a mechanical workshop, which has served as the company’s operational headquarters since 2015. From this space, Zerogrammi activates its artistic and cultural work, coordinating a network of collaborations that unfolds both locally and internationally.
Its activities are articulated through three permanent programs.
PERMUTAZIONI supports emerging authors by fostering creative processes through an annual open call, offering space, time, and accompaniment for research and development.
INVENTARIO transforms the presence of artists engaged in production into a living program dedicated to professional training and knowledge exchange.
LUOGHI COMUNI, in dialogue with the ongoing creative processes within CASA LUFT, generates a calendar of events and encounters designed to connect artists with the surrounding community.
LUFT—meaning air or open space in many Northern European languages—takes the form of a HOME: a place of support, openness, and transformation. For those who inhabit it, artists and non-artists alike, CASA LUFT is a shared tool for nurturing human, cultural, and social capital, and a space where diverse experiences, perspectives, and practices meet, circulate, and evolve.
