CASA
LUFT
In Turin, in the peripheral neighborhood of Borgata Lesna (District 3), stands CASA LUFT, a former industrial warehouse that, once used as a mechanical workshop, has been the company’s operational headquarters since 2015.
From this space, Zerogrammi develops its artistic and cultural activities, coordinating a network of collaborations that extend both locally and internationally.
Its projects include three permanent programs: PERMUTAZIONI enhances creative processes by providing space and support to young authors through an annual public call; INVENTARIO transforms the presence of artists engaged in production into a calendar of events dedicated to professional training and LUOGHI COMUNI, in dialogue with the creative processes taking place within CASA LUFT, generates a program of events and opportunities for exchange between artists and the local community.
LUFT, which in many Nordic languages means “air” or “open space,” takes the form of a HOUSE — a symbol of support and a place for personal, cultural, and social growth. For those who inhabit it — artists and non-artists alike — it represents a valuable tool for enhancing human and social heritage, and a source of enrichment through the exchange and encounter of diverse experiences and perspectives.
CASA LUFT: a space dedicated to creation in the field of live performance, a place for training and research that engages with the body as an instrument of poetry, fostering opportunities for human, artistic, and cultural exchange.
