NEST + LAVANDERIA A VAPORE

For the 2020 edition of UNESCO International Dance Day, Lavanderia a Vapore, together with Piedmont’s Ministry-supported dance companies—Zerogrammi, Egri Bianco Danza and Balletto Teatro di Torino—brought together more than 300 people from cultural associations and dance schools in a major community event.
Based on a format conceived by director Alain Platel, The Rite of Spring became a large-scale flash mob set to the music of Igor Stravinsky’s celebrated work.
