Insomnia is an international, travelling professional-development project that aims to create spaces for artistic dialogue where participants can share experiences, learn best practices in theatre pedagogy, and develop and network tools for creative work in circus, theatre and dance.

The project brings together actors, choreographers, visual artists and illustrators, photographers, dancers, acrobats and circus artists.
