The face of cities is in constant evolution.
The geometries of public spaces change, and with them the ways in which we inhabit them. Their inhabitants change, and forms of interaction multiply. Places transform rapidly; people transform; the ways we move and relate to one another transform. The ways we inhabit and experience space continuously shift.

What perception does each of us have of our own body and of the body of the other within space?

How does a space influence the way an individual inhabits it? And how is it possible to improve the ways of being, dwelling and living within a place? How can an urban environment become sustainable and accessible?

A movement workshop was proposed to a group of sixty young people aged between fifteen and twenty-eight, with the aim of reinventing necessary gestures and developing a new grammar of the “body in relation,” one in which the concept of citizenship might find meaning and the possibility of expression.

A study of photographs taken by the participants within urban spaces stimulated and enriched the research process.

The project culminated in a public artistic event in the form of a flash mob, realized in Piazza San Carlo.

INTOFRAME reimagines the contemporary city starting from the places and the people who inhabit them, with the aim of relaunching quality of life through the perspective of smart cities, where accessibility and sustainability become fundamental principles.
