Nostos is a romantic abstraction of homelessness: a story told through the body — its manipulations, gestures and movements — through which the disciplines of dance and circus performance enter into dialogue.

The two dancers/actors on stage create and dismantle the stereotypes of the ordinary life of an everyday couple, balancing existential drama with a profound sense of humour.

The duo gradually disintegrates between boredom and routine in search of the identities of the two individuals who give it life.

From this emerge tableaux that are at times melancholic, at times dreamlike, evolving through illusion, play and the multiplication of objects.

Within this carousel destined for eternal repetition, the two grotesque clown-dancers maintain one another in balance, whirl through the air like spinning tops, smile, challenge each other and trust one another.
