Insomnia is an international, itinerant professional training project whose aim is to create spaces for artistic dialogue in which to share experiences, learn best practices in the field of theatre pedagogy, and develop and network tools for creative work in circus, theatre, and dance.

The project brings together actors, choreographers, visual artists and illustrators, photographers, dancers, acrobats, and circus performers, fostering cross-disciplinary exchange and collaborative learning.
