Insomnia is an international, traveling professional training project whose aim is to create spaces for artistic dialogue where experiences can be shared, best practices in theatre pedagogy can be learned, and tools for creative work in circus, theatre, and dance can be developed and networked.

Actors, choreographers, visual artists and illustrators, photographers, dancers, acrobats and circus performers participate in the project.
